Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PCBEditor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by RoboDIB.

2. Description of service

PCBEditor is a browser-based AI PCB design tool that lets you generate schematics from natural language, edit circuits via chat, and export designs in KiCad, Gerber, and other formats.

3. Account registration

Some features require a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Your designs

You retain ownership of all circuit designs you create using PCBEditor. By saving designs to our servers you grant RoboDIB a limited licence to store and serve that data back to you. We do not claim ownership of your designs and will not share them with third parties without your permission.

5. Acceptable use

  • ✗Do not use the Service to generate designs intended for harmful devices
  • ✗Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the AI model or API
  • ✗Do not create accounts to circumvent usage limits
  • ✗Do not upload content that violates intellectual property rights

6. Disclaimer of warranties

PCBEditor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated schematics should be reviewed by a qualified engineer before use in any safety-critical or commercial product. We do not guarantee that generated designs are electrically correct or manufacture-ready.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoboDIB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PCBEditor, including damage caused by reliance on AI-generated output.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
